Registration to PhilHealth or medical insurance
Students must be registered with PhilHealth, as indirect contributors (dependents of the parents), or must have equivalent medical insurance that covers medical expenses related to COVID-19.
Participation in orientations
Students and parents must participate in a series of online orientations regarding the discussion of guidelines and protocols for the in-person classes and activities.
Preparation of materials
Students, with the help of parents, must prepare and bring the following materials to school for the in-person classes. The materials kit will be checked at the school gate. Should the students fail to complete the materials, they will not be allowed to enter the school premises. Students are strictly prohibited to share their supplies with others.

2. On-site health and safety protocols and guidelines
Guidelines for campus access
● The three layers of requirements must be met prior to entering the campus.
● Only those that are scheduled to hold classes and activities in the campus shall be permitted to enter. Students shall secure a permit from their respective academic coordinator in case they would like to enter the school premises.
●Entrance to the school requires submission of an accomplished online health declaration form. The link will be sent to the participants days ahead of their scheduled in-person class.
● Students, parents, teachers, and staff entering or leaving the school campus through the small school gate shall ensure that they always close the said gate behind them.
● Food deliveries are allowed during lunchtime provided that the delivery driver stays in front of the school gate and waits for the staff/student who ordered the food to go down and get the delivery.
● While waiting for the dismissal of the students, fetchers and/or parents are only allowed to stay in the designated waiting area which is inside the school library.
Use of school facilities
● The use of school facilities includes, but is not limited to, laboratories for Science; designated room for class discussions; school quadrangle for PE classes; designated areas and facilities in the library; canteen; and designated dining area.
● In using the identified school facilities, the protocols on hand washing/sanitizing, maintaining a physical distance of 1.5 meters, and disinfecting equipment after use, among others shall be observed.
Student mobility
The students, while inside the school premises, will have limited mobility. They shall stay only in their assigned rooms and shall not loiter.
● Upon entering the school premises, the students must go straight to their designated classrooms and seats. A seat plan must be provided for every class.

●Students may go to the library during their break period or when their teachers instruct them to do so.

● If the fetchers have not arrived at school yet, students are required to remain in the assigned waiting area. Furthermore, students' mobile phones will be under the supervision of the class adviser until their fetcher arrives. This is in line with the school policy that the students are not allowed to access the school's internet services for non-academic purposes.
