The Our Lady of Victories Catholic School of Quezon City (OLVCS) offers basic education for Preschool (Nursery, Kindergarten 1, and Kindergarten 2), Grade School (Grades 1 to 6), Junior High School (Grades 7 to 10), and Senior High School (Grades 11 and 12), operating under the authority and management of The Society of Saint Pius X. OLVCS is a private Catholic school and a non-stock, non-profit educational institution.

This is a great experience for prospective families who would like to view what a day is like for the students at OLVCS, and get a better understanding of the sense of community we have here at the school. We are pleased to offer:

Trial Classes/Class Observation: Explore our school's vibrant learning environment by participating in our Trial Classes or Class Observation as part of the admissions process. During Trial Classes, prospective students get a firsthand experience of our engaging teaching methods and interactive lessons. For Class Observations, prospective students and parents are invited to witness our dynamic classrooms in action, gaining insights into our educational approach.

Private Tour: During this one-on-one experience, you will be able to take a closer look at the grade that your child will be entering in the following school year as one of the teachers will walk you through the various buildings on campus, and will answer any questions that you may have.

Age Qualification

Mirroring the Department of Education (DepEd) Order no. 20, series of 2018, below are the age qualifications for the admission of students in OLVCS. For the grade school and high school, the school will adjust accordingly should the student’s level be consistent with their academic capabilities. Such capabilities will be measured through the school’s admission test.

Admission Requirements

Old Pupils/Students

1. Form 138 (Report Card)

2. Clearance Form

New Pupils/Students

1. Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate

2. Certified True Copy of Baptismal Certificate

3. Certified True Copy of Marriage Contract of Parents

4. Form 138 (Report Card) (when applicable)

5. Certificate of Good Moral Character (when applicable)

6. Form 137 (or any requirements needed by the registrar)

Returning Pupils/Students

1. Pupils/Students who transferred to other schools or dropped out for some time and would like to come back are treated as new pupils/students regarding admission.

2. Pupils/Students who dropped out during the school year for valid reasons without enrolling in another school may be re-admitted the following school year without taking the admission examination.

3. Pupils/Students who had been previously dismissed shall not be re-admitted.

Tuition and Other School Fees Payment Schemes

1. Annual Scheme

Tuition and other school fees for the entire school year (August to May) are fully paid upon enrollment.

2. Three-Payment Scheme

Tuition and other school fees for the first payment are paid upon enrollment.

Fees for the second payment are paid before October 3.

Fees for the third payment are paid before January 3.

To this scheme is applied a finance charge of Php 500.00

3. Six Payment Scheme

Tuition and other school fees for the first payment are paid upon enrollment. 

Fees for the second payment are paid before September 3.

Fees for the third payment are paid before October 3.

Fees for the fourth payment are paid before November 3.

Fees for the fifth payment are paid before December 3.

Fees for the sixth payment are paid before January 3.

To this scheme is applied a finance charge of Php 750.00
